These Merchant Terms govern the use of Zirro by businesses ("Merchants") who use the platform to sell products or services.
Zirro provides the infrastructure for businesses to operate and accept payments through integrated third-party providers.
Zirro enables merchants to manage storefronts, bookings, orders, customer communication, and payment acceptance through those integrated providers. Zirro is not the merchant of record unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Zirro does not hold or process funds. All payments are processed by third-party providers, and merchants are responsible for their payment accounts.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe, Paystack, and Monnify.

Zirro does not pay merchants. Merchants receive payouts from their connected third-party payment provider according to that provider's settlement schedule, verification requirements, reserves, and account status.
Payout timing, reserves, verification requirements, and settlement are controlled by the applicable payment provider — not by Zirro.
