Getting Started

Create your Zirro account, set up your business profile, add your first products or services, and publish your storefront when you are ready.

Payments & Payouts

Zirro provides the infrastructure for businesses to operate and accept payments through integrated third-party providers.

Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe, Paystack, and Monnify.

Zirro does not hold or process funds. All payments are processed by third-party providers, and merchants are responsible for their payment accounts.

• Payment flow: Customers pay through the checkout or payment link shown by the merchant. Zirro connects that experience to integrated third-party providers.
• Who processes customer payments: Third-party providers such as Stripe, Paystack, and Monnify — depending on availability, region, and merchant setup.
• Who holds funds: Third-party payment providers hold and settle funds. Zirro does not hold merchant funds.
• How merchants get paid: Merchants are paid by their connected third-party payment provider — not by Zirro. Check your provider dashboard for payout schedules, settlement status, and required compliance steps.
• Disputes: Merchants are primarily responsible for customer disputes (orders, fulfilment, refunds). Payment providers are primarily responsible for chargebacks, settlement, and money-related disputes. Zirro supports merchant issues related to platform access and functionality, and may assist with platform context where appropriate.

Manage customer orders, bookings, fulfilment, notifications, and customer updates from your Zirro dashboard.

Domains

Use your Zirro storefront link or connect a custom domain where supported for your business.

Troubleshooting

If something is not working as expected, check your account settings, payment provider connection, product availability, and browser session before contacting support.
