Refund & Billing Policy

Last updated: May 2026

1. Subscriptions

Zirro subscriptions are billed according to the billing cycle selected at checkout or in your account settings. Subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel a subscription through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation timing may determine whether access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refunds for Zirro Fees

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in writing by Zirro. Fees already incurred for platform usage, add-ons, or transaction activity may not be refundable.

3. Merchant Refunds

Merchants are responsible for issuing refunds to their customers in accordance with their own policies, applicable law, and payment provider requirements. Zirro is not responsible for refund decisions made by merchants.

4. Merchant Customer Payments & Payouts

Zirro provides the infrastructure for businesses to operate and accept payments through integrated third-party providers.

Zirro does not hold or process funds. All payments are processed by third-party providers, and merchants are responsible for their payment accounts.

Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe, Paystack, and Monnify.

  • Customer payments: When your customers pay for products or services, those payments are processed by your connected third-party provider — not by Zirro.
  • Merchant payouts: Zirro does not pay merchants. Payouts are issued by your payment provider according to its settlement rules, verification requirements, and account status.
  • Who holds funds: Funds from customer transactions are held and settled by the third-party payment provider, not by Zirro.
  • Disputes: Merchants are primarily responsible for customer disputes. Payment providers handle chargebacks and money-related disputes. Zirro addresses platform-related merchant issues and may assist with relevant platform context. See our Merchant Terms and Help Centre for more detail.

5. Failed Subscription Payments

If a Zirro subscription payment fails, Zirro or its billing provider may retry the payment method on file. We may notify you and ask you to update your billing information.

Accounts with unresolved failed subscription payments may be restricted, downgraded, suspended, or cancelled until payment issues are resolved.
